Yoga Blocks

To bring the floor closer. Kat is using cork blocks, but foam blocks will do.

Blanket

Something with a tight weave. A bath towel is often the best substitute from home.

Bolster

Something with enough density that you can sit on it without collapsing. Couch pillows tend to be better than bed pillows. Couch cushions can be even better.

I've been teaching yoga since 2017 and practicing since 2005. A former competitive athlete, I've harnessed my love for movement into modalities that prioritize embodiment, exploration, curiosity, and play. I am a forever student. With more than 1,000 hours of training in yoga and movement, I'm constantly investing in continued learning and education. In addition to my work in the yoga and movement fields, I own my own Rolfing practice, and I work with clients in 1:1 treatment sessions from my clinic in Southeast Portland.
